At Tustin Estate Cottier Contracting are delivering a comprehensive hard landscaping and infrastructure package with a live housing estate, working in close partnership with Bouygues UK, Southwark Council, and residents to ensure minimal disruption and a collaborative approach. The works include Section 278 highway improvements, Section 38 drainage installation and the installation of a new district heating network. Our scope also covers all associated hard and soft landscaping around 3 apartment block creating a safe functional and attractive outdoor space while upgrading essential utilities for the community.
